Greenery amidst business

The Deloitte Towers is a business park in Gachibowli complete with an entrance plaza, distinct seating alcoves and a central landscape area which features a water body, amphitheatre and a footbridge. Sloped mounds and gravel beds also double as smaller seating areas, with a linear arrangement of focal elements across the central landscape pocket. Specimen trees dot the seating zones and at the lowest level, the ground is carpeted with natural green, emphasising a lack of confines, enabling a grand feeling of togetherness.

To evoke a sense of welcome, the entrance plaza features sloped mounds of trees and decorated feature walls. The towers are strategically positioned around the central lawn, making it an unmissable sight for office-goers.
We aimed to make the most out of this dramatic terrain, adding structural installations and planters for trees and flowering shrubs to enhance the allure of the central pocket.
Further dimension and drama are added to the outdoor spaces through integrated lighting, from wall recess lights to bollards, spike lights, and underwater lights. These fixtures set an ambient tone at night, and the use of ornamental coverings ensures that the outdoor areas remain vibrant throughout the night as well.
