A tropical forest in a corporate setting
The landscape we created for the IRA Head Office integrates a lush tropical jungle within the urban confines of a corporate campus for a serene yet visually and texturally stimulating work environment.
We created a dense green canopy by using over 100 types of layered flora, strategically placed to be visible from the interiors of the offices for a visual relief throughout the workday. The entrance to this lush space was made prominent by a large boulder, which created a visual and physical demarcation between the urban environment outdoors and the environ within the gates. The use of bold lines against the backdrop of serene tropical planting serves as a key design element, further enhanced by the monochromatic theme of the built structures and the focus on green in the planting palette.
