Sattva Knowledge City - Hyderabad
A landscape made dynamic through the strategic use of lines
Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge City in Hyderabad’s Hitech City, is a pinnacle of corporate landscape architecture spread over 5.4 acres. This project is rooted in the intent to manipulate the perception of space using horizontal lines, creating a sense of direction and movement.
This approach is evident in the deliberate use of horizontal bed lines, where the edge of the ground cover meets other surface materials, effectively making compact spaces feel larger and more inviting. By adding complementary linear design features, Sattva Knowledge City’s layout creates an inviting route for a diverse array of users to use and walk through, with a sense of inclusivity and openness that’s innately built in.
The landscape elements are carefully chosen to complement the architectural aesthetics, recognising the importance of visual and land use character variations in creating a cohesive and functional corporate environment.
